Reservation
- By making a reservation, you are acknowledging that you are authorised on behalf of all persons named in the reservation and that all names mentioned on the reservation agree to be bound by these booking terms & conditions.
- When your reservation has been made, we will send you a quotation by email or WhatsApp / WeChat / Line message
- Reservation will only be confirmed when we have received 50% deposit
- Check the information on your confirmation as soon as you receive it. Please inform us if any of the details are inaccurate.
- Customers are responsible for checking their domestic flight ticket (time and date) and hotel reservation before they depart.
- 50% Deposit due at time of reservation. The rest can be paid during check-in
- We will send your domestic flight e-ticket and two weeks before the trip via WhatsApp or email. If you have not received it, please contact us.
- Reserve now and pay later with no cancellation charge.
- We encourage the use of WhatsApp for reservations and communication on the island.

Hotel (accommodation) reservation
- Package prices apply to single bedrooms and single occupancy. Double bedrooms, double occupancy, maximum of two persons occupancy.
- Triple bedrooms, three occupancy, maximum of three persons occupancy.
- We will provide your hotel booking confirmation following the upfront advance payment.
- If you cancel your hotel reservation seven days before your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full price.
Domestic flight reservation
- When making domestic flight reservations, we require a copy of a passport for all passengers'
- To ensure that the time of a domestic flight aligns with the connection, we require an international flight itinerary or flight details (flight number, time, date) or another connecting ferry or domestic flight details when making a domestic flight reservation.
- Divers fares one way Male' - Fuvahmulah $149.00 per adult / $122.50 per child / free for infants.
- A service commission of USD 30 per person will be applied to customers who purchase tickets without diving
- Domestic Flight: Per adult / child will be allowed 25 kgs of free baggage and 05 kgs of hand luggage
- 80 minutes is the average flying time
- Domestic flight checking is open 2.5 hours prior to departure and closes 60 minutes prior to departure.
- Excess baggage allowances shall be charged $4.3 per kilograms
- We do not accept responsibility for changes in flight schedules, but we will assist you in rescheduling the next available flight at no charge.
- Domestic flight ticket cancellation will be charged 50 US dollars or rebooked to another date within 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure date.
- Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah will not take responsibility in the event of a domestic flight airline's decision to reschedule or cancel a flight. However, we will make every effort to reschedule the next available flight.
RTL Ferry reservation
- RTL ferry schedules may change or be postponed due to bad weather conditions or for maintenance purposes. If you are planning to travel, it's best to check for updates from the official RTL website: www.rtl.mv
- Price for one way between Feydoo (ADDU) and Fuvahmulah: $20 per person.
- All the revellers must be at the departure jetty 30 minutes before departure time.
- Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah will not take responsibility in the event of a speedboat ferry operator's decision to reschedule or cancel a ferry. However, we will make every effort to reschedule the next available ferry.
All of our prices are inclusive of all the applicable taxes, which are listed below.
We will notify you in advance if any taxes increase after the quotation is issued, and the additional amount will be added to your invoice.
- All diving prices are included (10% service charge + 8% GST)
- Domestic flight ticket (17% GST)
- Accommodation (17% GST and $6 Green Tax per night per person)

- The balance of the amount must be paid one day before departure.
- Payment is collected daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 14:00 p.m. to 16:00 p.m.
- We accept cash US dollars and Euros (exchange rate 0.95).
- All the transactions are subject to 3.5% to 4.0% Merchant fee

Package Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellations before 30 days in advance of stay will receive a full refund
- 50% refund if cancelled between 30 and 14 days before arrival
- If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of their scheduled arrival for any reason, they will not receive a refund. However, they may be transferred to an alternative date if one is available.
- If the reservation is cancelled within seven days of the scheduled arrival date, there will be no refunds or transfers.
- Dives that are not taken are not refundable or transferable. If the trip is cancelled due to safety/weather or boat mechanical issues, refunds for the diving component will be issued. The captain and management are exclusively responsible for determining if the weather and diving conditions are suitable.
- Dives on the morning trip are not transferable or refundable and must be used during the package dates. Morning dives may be exchanged for afternoon dives on the same day only if space is available
- The diver is exclusively responsible for meeting all standard diving criteria (see dive rules), which are not included in the package.
Diving Insurance
- Every diver must hold valid dive insurance.
- Diving insurance is not included in the reservation.
- We provide DAN short-term insurance, from one day up to 30 days of diving protection plan.
- Dan Insurance is chargeable, and you obtain it a day prior to diving.
Flying After Diving Guidelines from Divers Alert Network (DAN)
The following DAN guidelines are applicable to air dives that are followed by flights at cabin altitudes of 2,000 to 8,000 feet (610 to 2,438 meters) for divers who do not exhibit symptoms of decompression sickness (DCS):
- For a single no-decompression dive, wait at least 12 hours before flying
- For multiple dives per day or multiple days of diving, wait at least 18 hours before flying
- For dives requiring decompression stops, wait at least 24 hours before flying
Disclaimer
- Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah and its diving instructors or guides will not be responsible for any incidents such as injury, death, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense, or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use or condition of performing a diving activity, using diving equipment or exceptional weather conditions.
- Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah is not liable, to make any payment or give any refund or compensation of any amount over and above the total reservation amount paid by customer
- Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah and its diving instructors or guides have the right to change the dive site and cancel the diving without prior notice, considering the weather and sea condition
- While we will give you the best assessment we can, Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah makes no guarantees of actual weather, visibility, sea state, or other environmental conditions during your stay and is not responsible for same, except as defined under the refund policy
Force majeure
- Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah is not liable for delay and unexpected events or cases of Force majeure (bad weather, etc)
Termination
- Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah reserves the right to immediately terminate this Contract in the event the Hirer breach one or more of the Terms and Conditions herein
Interpretation
- This Contract is governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Maldives
Scuba Diving Rules
- Certification must be presented to be accepted as a diver
- Diving minimum requirement is Certified, Advanced Open Water Diver or Deep Dive Specialty
- All divers are required to complete the registration form prior to commencing their diving activities.
- Valid dive insurance is mandatory for all the divers
- Maximum Depth Limit is 30 meters
- Maximum Dive Time is 45 minutes
- Daily Dive sites will be chosen based on the weather conditions and level of the divers experience
General
- Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah strongly recommends that all guests obtain appropriate Travel, Medical and Diving insurance
- It is the Hirer’s and the Guests’ sole responsibility to ensure that they comply with the Laws and Regulations of the Republic of Maldives
- Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah takes no responsibility for any acts or omissions by the Hirer and their guests, that are illegal or breach any Laws or Regulations of the Republic of Maldives
- The Maldives is a Muslim country so you are advised to wear conservative clothing when visiting the local islands. If you plan to visit a mosque or religious site, in particular, you must wear clothes that cover your knees and shoulders, and women may be required to cover their heads
